Between 2004/05 and 2007/08, Police Performance was assessed using The Policing Performance Assessment Framework (PPAF). On this page, we provide technical guidance on the Statutory Performance Indicators (SPIs) for each year as well as other material that may be useful for reference.

User Satisfaction Survey Guidance 2007/08
The statutory instruments contain information on how the definitions of statutory performance indicators have been changed each year. A statutory order for 2007/08 was not made. This means that the 2006/07 SPIs remained unchanged for 2007/08.
