ABC Project Board
The role of the ABC Project Board is to manage the consistent implementation of the revised ABC model across England and Wales, to ensure the results can be used effectively.
The role of the Board can be broken down into distinct areas of responsibility:
- to monitor the implementation of ABC
- to ensure that appropriate mechanisms to support the implementation are in place
- to own the ABC Model – approving changes and revising the Model accordingly
- to liaise with users and other stakeholders
- to act as a customer for specific work packages required
- to take advice from the ABC Technical Group
