For Activity Analysis, B-Plan and TPAlpha supply and support data collection and analysis software (B-Plan also supplies software from other suppliers - Cardiff Teleform and Business Objects).

Forces have experienced a number of problems with this software, and work is underway to improve the provision of support and software functionality to the forces.
